General Pediatrician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $200000.00 - $220000.00

The Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters (CHKD) Children’s Physician Group seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician to join Norfolk Pediatrics, a well-established outpatient practice serving children and families throughout Norfolk, Virginia. This opportunity combines the stability and resources of a nationally respected children's health system with the meaningful relationships and community impact of a neighborhood pediatric practice.

Providers enjoy a four-day workweek, no inpatient responsibilities, no newborn nursery coverage, strong subspecialty support, resident teaching opportunities, and the ability to care for medically and socially complex children through the region's Foster Care Center of Excellence. The practice also collaborates closely with St. Mary's Home for Disabled Children, creating a uniquely rewarding environment for pediatricians who value service, advocacy, and long-term patient relationships.
