Pediatrician

Opportunity Highlights

• 100% outpatient pediatrics
• Flexible schedule, including an optional four-day workweek
• Integrated care model with same-day and next-day referrals and specialists available around the clock for clinical support
• Dedicated support team, including a 1:1 medical assistant ratio, along with LVN, RN, lactation, nutrition, social work, and behavioral health resources
• AI-powered tools for documentation, dictation, desk management, patient messaging, and visit scribing
• Supported ramp-up period with a reduced initial schedule, an assigned mentor, and ongoing new-hire education
• Leadership and career advancement opportunities through committees, professional groups, and physician leadership tracks
• No overnight call and no rounding; weekend coverage occurs approximately once per month for a half day and includes a mix of in-person and virtual assignments

Compensation and Benefits

• $290,000 guaranteed base salary
• Annual quality incentive bonus
• $30,000 sign-on bonus
• Relocation assistance up to $10,000
• $5,000 CME allowance plus one week of CME leave
• Employer-paid health, dental, vision, malpractice, and tail coverage

Retirement and Wealth-Building Benefits

• Defined pension plan based on years of service and highest annual salary
• Employer contribution of 2% annually for the first 20 years of service and 1% annually thereafter
• Pension calculated using your highest base salary during employment
• Fully vested after 10 years of service
• Employer-funded 401(k) contribution provided annually, regardless of personal contributions
• Additional employer "overflow" contributions available when IRS contribution limits are reached
• Interest-free home loan assistance of up to $250,000 for qualified home purchases, based on a maximum purchase price of $2.5 million
