Pediatrician

This 100% outpatient opportunity combines advanced technology, a highly integrated care model, and comprehensive clinical support, allowing you to focus on building relationships with patients and families.

Opportunity Highlights

·100% outpatient pediatrics

· Flexible schedule , optional four day work week

· Integrated care model with same-day and next-day referrals and specialists available around the clock for clinical support

· Dedicated support team , including a 1:1 medical assistant ratio, along with LVN, RN, lactation, nutrition, social work, and behavioral health resources

· AI-powered tools for documentation, dictation, desk management, patient messages, and visit scribing

· Supported ramp-up period with a reduced initial schedule, an assigned mentor, and ongoing new-hire education

· Leadership and career advancement opportunities through committees, professional groups, and leadership tracks

· No overnight call and no rounding ; weekend coverage occurs approximately once per month for a half day and includes a mix of in-person and virtual assignments

Compensation and Benefits

· Base salary of $290,000

· Annual quality bonus

·$30,000 sign-on bonus

·$5,000 CME allowance plus one week of education leave

· Relocation assistance of up to $10,000

· Employer-paid health coverage for physicians and dependents, along with dental, vision, malpractice, and tail coverage
