We're looking for a licensed Wireman or Journeyman Electrician who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and taking pride in delivering exceptional service. If you're someone who can walk into a customer's home or business, make them feel comfortable, explain solutions clearly, and complete high-quality electrical work, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial electrical systems
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and explain solutions in a friendly, professional manner
• Provide accurate estimates and recommendations for electrical work
• Read blueprints, sketches, and building plans to determine project requirements
• Mentor and train apprentices while promoting safe work practices
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and teammates to ensure every project is completed successfully
• Follow all safety standards and electrical codes

What We're Looking For

• Current Wireman or Journeyman Electrician License
• Previous electrical experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet throughout the day
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, measurements, and basic math
