Adecco Staffing is assisting a leading food manufacturing company in Pittsfield, NH in hiring General Production Associates for 2nd Shift. These are full-time opportunities with a growing company that offers stable hours, a clean work environment, and long-term career potential.
This position is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, food production, construction, landscaping, or other hands-on work experience. No previous food manufacturing experience is required.

Position: General Production Associate
Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay: $20.50 to 23.50 per hour
Location: Pittsfield, NH

Job Duties:
• Support food production and packaging operations
• Load materials and supplies into production areas
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Follow recipes, work instructions, and production schedules
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Assist with machine operation and production line support
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all food safety, quality, and GMP requirements
• Support team members in achieving daily production goals
Requirements:
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, assembly, construction, landscaping, or food production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment:
• Food manufacturing facility
• Clean and temperature-controlled environment
• Hairnets, gloves, smocks, and other required PPE must be worn
• Safety-focused workplace with established food quality standards

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
• Ability to perform repetitive production tasks
• Ability to work safely around production equipment

Pay Details: $20.50 to $23.50 per hour
